NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE HUDSON FALLS ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 215, Article XIV, Section 215-110 (B) of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Hudson Falls, New York, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Hudson Falls, County of Washington, State of New York on the 24th day of October, 2016 at 6:30pm in Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, NY on the following matter:

Request by Cynthia King Cutler, 7 Pearl St., Hudson Falls, New York, for a use variance application to maintain a farm animal (pygmy goat) as an emotional support animal on residential property within the Village. Application for the proposal is available at Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, New York during regular business hours.

Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 215-104, Article XIV, of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Hudson Falls, New York, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Hudson Falls, County of Washington, State of New York on the 11th day of July, 2016 at 6:00 pm in Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, NY on the following matter:

Request by Hudson River Music Hall, 210 Main St., Hudson Falls, New York, formerly Kingsbury Town Hall for relief of required number of parking spaces for the new use as a multipurpose event space to be known as the Strand Theatre Music Hall. Pursuant to the provision of Chapter 215, Article XIV, Section 215-109 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Hudson Falls, New York, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Hudson Falls, County of Washington, State of New York on the 20th day of April, 2015 at 6:00 pm in Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, NY on the following matter:
Appeal by Robert W. Cook, 39 Pearl Street, Hudson Falls, NY – Tax Map #154.14-3-41 from a decision of the Code Enforcement Officer to deny a building permit to erect an above-ground pool five feet from the side and back property lines. Chapter 215, Section 215-61 (A) states a swimming pool may be erected not less than ten feet from side and rear lot lines.
