Planning Board Members Needed

The Village of Hudson Falls is in need of a Planning Board member and alternates for the Planning and Zoning Boards. Anyone interested should send a letter of interest to Mayor John Barton or drop one off at Village Hall located at 220 Main Street.

The Village Planning Board approves site plans, special permits, subdivisions and signs. It also gives recommendations to the Zoning Board of Appeals for all variance requests.

Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 215, Article XIV, Section 215-110 (A) and Attachment 3, Table 3 side lot setback requirements of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Hudson Falls, New York, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Hudson Falls, County of Washington, State of New York on the 19th day of August 2019 at 6:00pm in Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, NY on the following matter:

Request by Antoine Rainville for an area variance to install a structure (deck) in the setback zone. Application for the proposal is available at Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, New York during regular business hours.
