Notice of Public Hearing before Planning Board
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 215-14 of the Zoning Law of the Village of Hudson Falls Zoning Law, NOTICE, is hereby given, that the Hudson Falls Planning Board will hold a public hearing on the 24th day of November, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. in the Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, New York regarding site plan review by Adirondack Machine Corporation, 84 Boulevard, Hudson Falls, New York, tax map #146.17-5-16. Adirondack Machine Corporation is under contract to purchase the property from its current owner, Mile Post Four Properties. This property is located in Residential District Class A Zone. The Adirondack Machine Corporation received a use variance on October 20, 2014 from the Village of Hudson Falls Zoning Board for use of the property for light manufacturing.
Plans for the proposal are available at Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, New York during regular business hours. Said Planning Board will, at said time and place, hear all persons in support of such matters or any objections thereto.
