Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 215, Article IV, Section 215.14 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Hudson Falls, New York; notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Village of Hudson Falls, Washington County, State of New York, on the 7th day of November 2022 at 6:00 p.m. in Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, New York on the following matter:
Request by Russo Developers, 12 LaBarge Street, Hudson Falls, NY 12839 to subdivide property located at 11-13 Fourth Street, Tax Map #154.6-6-10 into two parcels. Plans for the proposal are available to review at Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, New York during regular business hours.
Said Planning Board will, at said time and place, hear all persons in support of such matters or any objections thereto.
