NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF LOCAL LAW

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law of the Village Law that a public hearing will be conducted by the Village of Hudson Falls Board of Trustees on Monday, August 10, 2015 at 4:00 pm at Village Hall located at 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls NY for the purpose of considering the adoption of Local Law No. 3 of 2015. Local Law No. 3 of 2015, as proposed would amend and modify sections of Chapter 215 entitled “Zoning” of the Village Code.. Written comments on LL No 3 of 2015 may be submitted to the Office of the Village Clerk until the close of the public hearing. Notice of Public Hearing (Zoning Board of Appeals)

Pursuant to the provision of Chapter 215, Article XIV, Section 215-109 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Hudson Falls, New York, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Hudson Falls, County of Washington, State of New York on the 20th day of April, 2015 at 6:00 pm in Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, NY on the following matter:
Appeal by Robert W. Cook, 39 Pearl Street, Hudson Falls, NY – Tax Map #154.14-3-41 from a decision of the Code Enforcement Officer to deny a building permit to erect an above-ground pool five feet from the side and back property lines. Chapter 215, Section 215-61 (A) states a swimming pool may be erected not less than ten feet from side and rear lot lines.

Said Zoning Board of Appeals will at said time and place hear all persons in support of such matters or any objections thereto,

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 BEFORE THE

 HUDSON FALLS VILLAGE PLANNING BOARD

Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 215, Article IV, Section 215-14 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Hudson Falls, New York, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Village of Hudson Falls, County of Washington and State of New York, on Monday, February 23, 2015 at 6:00 pm in Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, New York on the following matter:

An Application for Site Plan Review has been submitted by General Electric Company for the parcel known as Sumpter Street, tax map number 154.17-1-2.  The Site Plan Review is sought so that the Applicant can build a 13,000 square foot one story water treatment plant.

The property is located in District 5 Industrial Zone. Plans for the proposal are available at Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, New York during regular business hours.

Said Planning Board will, at said time and place, hear all persons in support of such matters or any objections thereto.

Notice of Public Hearing before Zoning Board of Appeals

 

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE HUDSON FALLS

 ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

 

NOTICE IS HERE BY GIVEN pursuant to Article XIV, Chapter 215 Section 215-109 of the Village of Hudson Falls Zoning Law, that the Hudson Falls Zoning Board of Appeals shall conduct a public hearing on October 20, 2014 at 6:00 pm at the Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, NY to consider a use variance application by Adirondack Machine Corporation. Adirondack Machine Corporation is under contract with Mile Post Four Properties, LLC to purchase 84 Boulevard, Hudson Falls, NY. The Applicant’s proposed use of the property is considered Light Manufacturing which would be deemed a non-conforming use and a change in use from the property’s present use as a warehouse and office space. The property is located in a Zoning District Residence Class A.

 

Plans for the proposal are available at the Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, New York during regular business hours. Said Zoning Board of Appeals will at said time and place hear all persons in support of such matters or any objections thereto,
