Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 215, Article XIV, Section 215-110 (A) and Attachment 3, Table 3 side lot setback requirements of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Hudson Falls, New York, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Hudson Falls, County of Washington, State of New York on the 20th day of August 2018 at 5:30pm in Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, NY on the following matter:
Request by Rucinski Hall Architecture on behalf of Feeder View, LLC. for an area variance to convert accessory building located at 264-268 Main St., in to a principle building (apartment) in the setback zone. Application for the proposal is available at Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, New York during regular business hours.
