Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 215, Article XIV, Section 215-110 (A) and Attachment 3, Table 3 side lot setback requirements of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Hudson Falls, New York, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Hudson Falls, County of Washington, State of New York on the 20th day of August 2018 at 5:30pm in Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, NY on the following matter:

Request by Rucinski Hall Architecture on behalf of Feeder View, LLC. for an area variance to convert accessory building located at 264-268 Main St., in to a principle building (apartment) in the setback zone. Application for the proposal is available at Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, New York during regular business hours.

Notice of Public Hearing

Village of Hudson Falls

The Village of Hudson Falls will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 11, 2018 at 4:05 PM at the Village Hall, 220 Main St. Hudson Falls, NY 12839 for the purpose of hearing public comments on the Village of Hudson Fall’s community development needs, and to discuss the possible submission of one or more Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) applications for the 2018 program year. The CDBG program is administered by the New York State Office of Community Renewal (OCR), and will make available to eligible local governments approximately 20 million dollars for the 2018 program year for housing, economic development, public facilities, public infrastructure, and planning activities, with the principal purpose of benefiting low/moderate income persons. The hearing will provide further information about the CDBG program and will allow for citizen participation in the development of any proposed grant applications and/or to provide technical assistance to develop alternate proposals. Comments on the CDBG program or proposed project(s) will be received at this time. The hearing is being conducted pursuant to Section 570.486, Subpart I of the CFR and in compliance with the requirements of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended.

Village Hall at 220 Main Street is accessible to persons with disabilities. If special accommodations are needed for persons with disabilities, those with hearing impairments, or those in need of translation from English, those individuals should contact Ellen Brayman at 518‐747‐5426 ext. 205 or at hfvillage@albany.twcbc.com, at least one week in advance of the hearing date to allow for necessary arrangements.

Written comments may also be submitted to Mayor John Barton at 220 Main St. Hudson Falls, NY 12839 until 4:00 PM on June 11, 2018.

TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF LOCAL LAW

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York that a public hearing will be held by the Village of Hudson Falls Board of Trustees on Monday, June 11, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. at the Village Hall located at 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, New York for the purpose of considering the adoption of Local Law No. 2 of 2018.  This local law would amend Chapter A219 “Schedule of Fees”.  A copy of the proposed Local Law can be obtained at the Village Hall.
