ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 215-110 B, of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Hudson Falls, New York, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Hudson Falls, County of Washington, State of New York on the 15th day of April, 2019 at 6:00 pm in Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, NY on the following matter:

Request by DWS Pallet Inc, Dimensional Mills, 337 Main St., Hudson Falls, New York, for a use variance seeking modification of existing use variance.  Plans for the proposal are available at Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, New York during regular business hours.

Said Zoning Board of Appeals will at said time and place hear all persons in support of such matters or any objections thereto,
