NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing pursuant to Article 18-A of the New York State General Municipal Law will be held by the Counties of Warren and Washington Industrial Development Agency (the “Agency”) on Tuesday, the 12 th day of March, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. local time at the Village of Hudson Falls, Village Hall, located at 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, New York, 12839, in connection with the following matter:

Please note, the Public Hearing scheduled for the Planning Board for January 28, 2019 has been CANCELED and  rescheduled for February 25, 2019.

Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 215, Article IV, of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Hudson Falls, New York notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Village of Hudson Falls, County of Washington and State of New York, on the 28th day of January, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, New York on the following matter:

Request by William Nikas on behalf of Sandy Hill Vision LLC, 116 Oak St., Hudson Falls, New York for proposed building uses located at 214-216 Main St., Hudson Falls, NY. Plans for the proposal are available at Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, New York during regular business hours.

Said Planning Board will, at said time and place, hear all persons in support of such matters or any objections thereto.
