NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

BEFORE THE

HUDSON FALLS PLANNING BOARD

Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 178, Article III, of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Hudson Falls, New York notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Village of Hudson Falls, County of Washington and State of New York, on the 22nd day of April, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, New York on the following matter:

Request by Mark Russo, 12 LaBarge St., Hudson Falls, NY to subdivide property located on 12-14 Pender Street.  Plans for the proposal are available at Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, New York during regular business hours.

Said Planning Board will, at said time and place, hear all persons in support of such matters or any objections thereto.
