Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 215, Article IV, Section 215.14 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Hudson Falls, New York notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Village of Hudson Falls, County of Washington and State of New York, on the 24th day of May, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, New York on the following matter:
Request by John Shaw, 13 Feeder Street, Hudson Falls, NY 12839 to subdivide property located at 13 Feeder Street, Hudson Falls, NY, into three parcels . Plans for the proposal are available at Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, New York during regular business hours.
Said Planning Board will, at said time and place, hear all persons in support of such matters or any objections thereto.
