Code Enforcement with Town of Kingsbury

Permission to go out to bid for Water Project associated with CDBG Public Facilities Grant for water main replacement – portion of Pearl, Mechanic, Cherry and Hudson Place.

Authorize the Mayor to sign the Grant Agreement associated Community Development Block Grant (NYS CDBG Project #559PW65-15) together with all necessary documentation and budget appropriations. The grant is in the amount of $600,000 for improvements to water infrastructure in the Elizabeth, John, Poplar, and Liberty street neighborhood.

Minutes of the regular meeting of 12/14/15 and special meeting of 1/5/16 to be approved as read.

Exemptions of Matters of Local Concern from County Planning Review Agreement

Resolution – RESOLVED, that the Village give authorization for National Grid to remove street lights on Sumpter Street for the General Electric Remediation Project.
