Local Law No. 1 of 2012 - Revised due to public comment on 1/9/12 - proposes to add Chapter 202 entitled "Vehicles, Off-Road Recreational" to the Village Code which would regulate the operation of off-road recreational vehicles.
Local Law No. 2 of 2012 - Revised due to public comment on 1/9/12 - proposes to amend Chapter 215 "Zoning" Article X "Supplemental Regulations" of the Code of the Village of Hudson Falls to add Section 215-64 entitled "Outdoor Storage" which would regulate the outdoor storage of recreational vehicles and utility trailers.
